Psychology Model Exhibition at PU-ISSER on 10.03.2026

Report

PU-ISSER organised Model Exhibition on 10th March 2026, where the students of B.A. 4th Semester presented educational models based on important psychological concepts. The exhibition aimed to enhance students conceptual understanding through practical and visual learning while encouraging creativity, teamwork, and scientific thinking. During the exhibition, students prepared and demonstrated different models explaining various topics of psychology. One of the key models presented was the Neuron, which illustrated the structure and functioning of nerve cells including dendrites, axon, and synapse. Another interesting model explained the concept of the Split Brain, highlighting how the two hemispheres of the brain function differently and how the corpus callosum connects them. Students also prepared models on several psychological disorders such as Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Social Anxiety Disorder. These models helped in explaining the symptoms, causes, and effects of these disorders in a simple and interactive manner, making it easier for viewers to understand complex psychological conditions.
